For Parents
Our Approach
We are passionate about ensuring that every child receives the best start in life. We build on their unique strengths and interests with age-appropriate education opportunities to let each child develop at their own pace to reach their full potential. A variety of activities and specially-designed spaces give your children the space to play, learn and flourish.
Settling-In Procedure
Our robust settling-in procedure includes settling-in visits and introductory sessions suited to the individual needs of each family. These are provided free of charge over a one- or two-week period dependent on your child’s age, stage of development and unique needs. Together, we’ll complete an “all about me” document so we can follow your home routine as closely as possible to make the transition easy for your child.

Shift Patterns
The nursery will do its best to accommodate shift patterns subject to availability of places. However, in order to manage this irregular booking pattern, sessions required must be confirmed in writing with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice.

Discounts
Where two or more children from one family attend the nursery on a part-time basis the oldest child will be eligible for a 5% discount off their monthly fees. Where both children attend on a full-time basis, the oldest child will be eligible for a 10% discount off their monthly fees.
Funding
We are registered with Salford City Council to deliver 2, 3 and 4-year-old free entitlement funding.

All families are entitled to 3 & 4-year-old funding from the term after their child turns 3 years old at 15 hours per week term time only. Eligibility to an additional 15 hours per week term time only can be checked by families at www.childcarechoices.gov.uk

Families wishing to access the 2-year-old funding must check their eligibility with Salford council’s Starting Life Well team.

We work with families to be as flexible as possible when allocating funded hours through a choice of term time only or all year-round sessions. Families are also able to add hours, sessions or days to their child’s attendance by prior booking and subject to advertised nursery fees.
